I have carried out various successful interventions commissioned by the Municipality of Uithoorn, the Municipality of Haarlemmermeer, the Municipality of Alphen aan den Rijn and use music, sports and entrepreneurship as tools to activate clients and empower them. With my team of coaches by experience I work weekly with clients in prisons, institutions, municipalities and schools to give substance to issues around rehabilitation, expertise by experience and using your own experience as a tool to inspire others. ๐Ÿ‘‡๐Ÿฟ In collaboration with the Municipality o ๐Ÿ‘‡๐Ÿฟ In collaboration with the Municipality of Haarlemmermeer, under the direction of Fabienne Leeflang, I had the honor of working with Deams to train a group of experience experts to become credible messengers ๐Ÿ’ซ โ€œRivelino and Deams carried out an assignment for us to train a number of experiencers to become credible messengers. This so we can use them again to inspire young people slipping into crime to make good choices. Fine collaboration and Rivelino and Deams know how to reach and inspire young people!โ€ It was an inspiring process in which we worked together on personal growth, mutual connection and (re)finding everyone's place in society. The result? A powerful group of people who have not only developed themselves, but can also make a valuable contribution to their surroundings. At first, they found it hard to show their vulnerable sideโ€”itโ€™s not easy to put your emotions out there, especially in that environment. But by the end, they came together to create a raw, powerful rap about their street life. Honest, unapologetic, and full of energy. ๐Ÿ’ฅ The second group was a different vibe. One of the guys took the challenge head-on and wrote a heartfelt song about his ex-girlfriend. On a smooth rap/R&B beat, he opened up about missing her and his regretsโ€”a moment of real vulnerability that silenced the whole room. You could feel the weight of his words. ๐ŸŽค๐Ÿ’” These young men reminded me of the power of music to express, heal, and connect. Behind the tough exteriors are stories that need to be told. What a journey! 4 prisons in 4 days in Italy ๐Ÿš What a journey! 4 prisons in 4 days in Italy ๐Ÿš The past 8 days in Italy have been intense, emotional and special during our prison tour in Italy. It was a privilege to bring a message of hope and love to different prisons with our live band, personal stories, books and bibles ๐ŸคŽ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿฟ On day 1 we were able to reach 150 men and women, and the most beautiful moment was when a woman decided to dedicate her life to God. ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿฟโœจ Day 2 brought us to lifers, including a man who is now training to become a prison chaplain. An old acquaintance surprised me with a mandarin as a gift. It seemed small, but it meant so much given his situationโ€”a gift of immeasurable value. Just like that woman who put her last penny in the offering jar in the bible. ๐ŸŠ Day 3 was different. The news that someone had tried to take his life touched us deeply ๐Ÿ’”. Although the concert in Genoa was cancelled, due to the shock for the prisoners, we continue to pray and hope for the recovery of the man, and we will come back later to share our message. ๐Ÿ’ฏ Day 4 started off badly with administrative problems and a long wait outside the prison. But after 1.5 hours of prayer and faith, like Joshua at Jericho, we were finally allowed in, an answer to prayer๐Ÿ™๐Ÿฟ. In a shortened set we were still able to reach 55 men. During my testimony one man broke down in tears, and in the end 23 men decided to dedicate their lives to God. It was a powerful moment full of hope and a new beginning, God is good ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿฟ๐ŸคŽ Many thanks to Salvatore Barone and Daniela Catena from @brotherskeeperministry for making this tour possible. Monday afternoon, we had the privilege of spending Monday afternoon, we had the privilege of spending an afternoon sharing music, stories, and hope with 50 incredible women in prison. Through songs and heartfelt conversations, I shared my journey and how a life-changing encounter with Jesus transformed my heart and mind. One beautiful soul chose to follow Him, and we prayed together, embracing a new beginning. Every woman received a Bible and a copy of my book in Italian, and Iโ€™m humbled to see how God works in even the most unexpected places. Grateful for His love that knows no boundaries. ๐Ÿ™โค๏ธ Yesterday we traveled all the way to Genova to visit a prison and after we set up the sound and instruments we got the heavy news that an inmate tried to take his life. An Unforgettable Morning: Bringing Hope and Music An Unforgettable Morning: Bringing Hope and Music to 100 Men Behind Bars Today marked a truly historic and heartwarming experience: the first morning show held inside an Italian prison, a unique blend of music, faith, and personal testimony for an audience of 100 incarcerated men. With the sounds of our live band filling the room and a feeling of unity that crossed all boundaries, I had the privilege of sharing my own life story and message of hope and sharing music together with my brother @gionathan_music , made possible by @brotherskeeperministry As I looked around, I saw the faces of men who, despite their circumstances, were hungry for inspiration, searching for meaning and a fresh start. Through the music, laughter, and moments of vulnerability, a connection blossomed. I was able to open up about my own journeyโ€”how I found my way back to myself, my faith, and ultimately, to God. I also shared my books, offering words to inspire and help guide them on their path of reconciliation with themselves and with a higher purpose. But perhaps the most moving part of the morning came when we joined together in prayer, asking for healing, forgiveness, and a renewed spirit. There was a tangible feeling of transformation in the air, as these men opened up to the idea that reconciliation and peace are not only possible but waiting for them. This afternoon a 2nd session awaits with the women and we canโ€™t wait to share the message of hope, love and forgiveness trough Christ.
