This week I’m starting a new 100 km walking challenge. After last month’s successful 224 km, I’m continuing this month.
I’m walking to improve my health and to live life with even more mindfulness. I find that walking helps me process everything.
Will you join me this month? If 100 km is too much for you, feel free to set a different goal. The point is to give it a try and discover the joy of walking.

Ik heb even geteld en heb deze maand 147 km gelopen tot nu toe en zie toffe berichten voorbijkomen van andere toppers die de 100 ook hebben gehaald, ik ben trots op je 🙏🏿🙌🏿🤎🔥.
