As mentioned before, D’Angelo played his first U.S live show in over 12 years last @ The Bonnaroo Festival ft. The Roots. ?uestlove introduced some funk ‘n soul pioneers like James Poyser, members of the Time (Prince), Parliament-Funkadelic and Pino Palladino.

The 90 minute set saw covers of Jimi Hendrix, The Beatles, Sly Stone, Funkadelic and Led Zeppelin but didn’t include any D’Angelo songs. You can download the entire set below on courtesy of FunkIt. You can also stream the whole liveshow on the soundcloud player, enjoy :) !!
